Swing specializes in service intensive, time sensitive, dedicated freight. Eighty percent of Swing’s loads require on time pick-up and delivery. Swing has a 99.7 performance rating and  we   constantly  strive for improvements.  Our units  are equipped  with  state of the art satellite  communication devices allowing us to track your shipment from pick up to final delivery.

All equipment is company owned and operated by professional drivers. They are extensively screened to insure we hire only the best. Once you meet our drivers you will agree that we have succeeded.  On-going training by certified driver trainers insure they remain on top of their game.

Our  fleet of approximately 200 late model tractors and 1200 trailers is expertly maintained in our  shops  located at  terminal facilities. We also have  repair  agreements in  place  throughout  our operating  area  insuring  that  in the unlikely event of an equipment breakdown, loads will not be delayed excessively. Drivers can notify us of a problem or potential problem using the  satellite  communication  devices located in their tractor.  Help can be sent immediately which allows the driver to be on his way with a minimum of downtime.

Swing  Transport employs  only professional  drivers.  Screening  processes  are  intensive and  designed to select the very best drivers available to insure safe, courteous delivery of our customer’s product.

Swing has been named by the United States Environmental Protection Agency as a SmartWay Transport Partner in recognition of our efforts to improve and protect our environment.  The EPA recognized Swing for its effort and commitment to reduce harmful emissions and improving fuel efficiency of its fleet.  Swing has increased fuel efficiency by percent since we launched the SmartWay initiative.    Becoming a SmartWay Partner demonstrates our desire to be an asset to the communities in which we live and operate.

Swing operates  two warehouses  in Salisbury, NC with  a combined  square footage  of 165,000 square feet.  Warehouses are maintained at a high level of cleanliness and are manned by an experienced staff.
